Shanxi Pharmaceutical Park Wastewater Treatment Plant


Datong city a sewage treatment plant treatment scale of 60,000 tons/day, mainly to undertake residential sewage and pharmaceutical industrial wastewater park. At present, the treated water volume is 43-45,000 tons/day. The designed effluent shall meet the level A standard of GB18918-2002. At present, the total nitrogen in the inlet water is 60-80 mg/L, and COD in the inlet water is 260-360 mg/L. Due to the large amount of pharmaceutical wastewater in the inlet water, the biodegradability is poor, and the removal of total nitrogen mainly depends on the denitrification by the external carbon source.


(1)If the dosage is less than 50% of sodium acetate, the water plant can still ensure the effluent effect.

According to Figure 2, the original carbon source was used before June 21, and the average daily dewatered sludge water was 139.0 tons. The BioC-1M carbon source was replaced after June 22, and the average daily dehydrated sludge water was 116.8 tons during sludge dewatering, which was significantly reduced. After replacing the BioC-1M carbon source, the sludge reduction was 16%.
