A Sewage Treatment Plant in Shanxi 

The total construction scale of the plant is 160,000 tons / day, the first phase is 70,000 tons / day, and the second phase is 90,000 tons / day, usingAAO activated sludge method. At present, the actual influent is 150,000 – 155,000 tons / day, and reaches the national Class A drainage standard. 

Problem

• Sludge expansion occurs in winter,and there is slurry run-out problem. 

• The secondary sedimentation tank keep facing slurry run-out problem.
